My zosi nvr is not working stopped working
Hi i have spent lot money for my cameras end not even 6 months my nvr stopped working this is bs I meed my cameras asp to work because I gut to connect end control my surroundings please help me asp thank u or I gut to persuade this in my brother legal action

Calling about my security cameras
Can't get through to nobody what's the point of 24/7 customer service ur services suck big time 24 hours services and u get nothing but the run around and can't even talk to anyone but a stupid email this is ridiculous but to get any service it's impossible but to take people's money is quick and easy for u guys

Bad dvr
Talk to a live person. My DVR is glitching at the HDMI port. The connection slot is loose at the machine.

Purchased Security Cameras worked for a short period of time and no assistance with product no response also tried to return and no response I was so frustrated tell I disconnected the Cameras I also begged them to able me to help ma and also that I was at there mercy of having good to come out of this situation and yet again nothing thanks Zosi for disappointing me.

Everything has been complete crap up to this point. Now my security cameras are absolutely worthless! I can't even watch them on the monitor anymore.
Everything about this company is *** I'm fed up with it! I've got 5 different systems, and I'm about to trash every single one of them!

Bad DVR just received 2 days ago
- - I haven't talked to anyone about the issue.
- - They want me to fix the DVR with steps I don't understand.
- - I want a working replacement or my money back.
I still haven't talked to anyone about the issue :(, I really don't understand why they are telling me to do all these things to the DVR to try and get it to work. It should be in working condition when I receive it.
I have already asked for a new one, and I will send the faulty one back. Then they want me to download something on a flash drive or computer, and I have neither.
I have no idea how to do that anyway. Firmware or whatever, all I ask is to send me a new one that's in working order, or I would like to have my money back.
